I. EDP Overview

First, all listees get a FREE web page within their 411 Publishing site–LA411.com or NewYork411.com. This Web page includes: listing information as it appears in our print directories, active links to the listee's own email and web site and best of all, a static web address that can be book marked, linked to and sent to multiple users with personalized messaging.
But that's just the beginning. Each listee has the opportunity to build from this blank canvas a unique page that shows off their products and services.
This is what we refer to as 411 Publishing's Enhanced Dedicated Page (EDP) program. It is a built-in, easy-to-use set of web enhancement tools that enable you to custom design your web page. |

| When you enroll in the EDP program, an eye-catching icon will automatically appear next to your company name on the Category Listings Page within our site. This icon alerts the user that there is something special to see on your web page. |

411 Search Terms
In order to help you connect with your key customer base, you will be able to pick up to 10 search terms that will tie to your EDP. That means when a user types that search term in the 411 web search function, your listing will appear.

| Begin by presenting your company's image with a bold graphic. This could be your logo, tagline, or a sample of your work that sums up the dynamics of your company. Your Key Graphic can be up to 300 x 200 pixels. File format must be either JPG or GIF. |

"A picture is worth a thousand words." You need to visually communicate to potential clients what you have to offer. What better way than an image gallery presenting your latest products or services. Load up to five images (4 slides plus the Key Graphic) for an impressive presentation. |

Share critical information such as company history, staffing, pricing, availability, work experience and customer feedback. Enter up to 7,770 characters of custom text to inform the user about your products or services.

| Our download feature offers you complete flexibility to communicate key elements of your work with your customer. You can load up to 10 MB of audio or movie files (Quicktime, Real video or WMP) or PDFs. Whether you wish to share visual or audio samples of your work, or you require a printer ready menu or pricing sheet, you can customize this area to fit your needs. |

Premium EDP package
Features include:

* Image Gallery (featuring four additional graphics and titles)
* Custom text (up to 7,770 characters)
* Digital Downloads (up to 10 files. Combined max file size 10 MB)
Basic EDP package
This is a lower-priced package that includes everything in the Premium package except the Image Gallery and Digital Downloads.
