5 Tips for Hosting a Wrap Party to Remember

If you’re hosting a wrap party, here are some helpful hints to make the most of your party:

  • Start looking for places that will provide as much as possible under one roof. If the venue can provide food and entertainment as well, it may be a better value than getting everything separately – not to mention it’s more convenient.

  • Project your gag reels to make it feel like a true wrap party. Find a place that will have enough room to project your reels on the walls. It’ll give your wrap party a personal touch while providing additional entertainment at the same time.

  • Know whether the venue you’re considering has hosted previous wrap/industry parties. The more they’ve done this, the easier it will be to get them to do what you want, and they can even provide you with their ideas.

  • Check for room capacity. Find a venue size that’s just right. You don’t want to get a size too big for your party. And you definitely don’t want a place that is overcrowded.

  • Be creative! Don’t just stick with the basics – dinner and dancing. Consider karaoke, interactive desert bars, or the latest trend – digital dancing heads. Check out boogie-heads.com/ or www.danceheads.com.
