HBO Archives has
announced the enhancement of hboarchives.com, which allows users to conduct dual
footage and text searches as well as access showcase reels. Users of the
stock footage Web site will find it much easier to navigate and locate that
perfect clip needed for the project. Longtime users may also notice an increased
supply of footage originating on HD video or 35mm film.
“High-speed search, the
ability to view and download, and access to tens of thousands of clips, this is
a huge step forward for us,” said Rick Bernstein, senior vice president and
executive producer, HBO Sports.
