Cinematographer Gary Graver Dies of Cancer
Veteran cinematographer Gary Graver has died of cancer at the
age of
68. Graver had gained experience in the Navy Combat Camera Crew that
helped him at the start of his career. Graver, a long-time friend and
cameraman
of Orson Welles, had attempted to complete the director’s
last film, “The Other
Side of the Wind.” He is survived by his wife
Jillian, brother Geoff, mother
Frances and sons Sean and Chris.
